The resulting efficiency in OLED devices can reach up to 6.0 lm/W (12.4 cd/A) at 20 mA/cm2.
Used in p-i-n OLEDs with Tungsten Oxide (WO3):
In the application industry of OLEDs, 4,4',4''-Tris[2-naphthyl(phenyl)amino]triphenylamine is used as a component in p-doped transport layers, in combination with tungsten oxide (WO3). This application enhances hole injection and conductivity in Alq3-based p-i-n OLEDs, leading to long lifetimes, low driving voltage (3.1 V), and high power efficiency (3.5 lm/W) at 100 cd/m2.
