1934-24-3 Usage
Description
Mordant Red 19 is a brilliant red powder that is soluble in water, resulting in an orange-red color. It is also soluble in ethanol, acetone, and Cellosolve, but insoluble in other organic solvents. When mixed with concentrated sulfuric acid, it turns yellow-orange, and upon dilution, it becomes yellow with a slight precipitate. In concentrated nitric acid, it forms a shallow olive brown solution. When a dye aqueous solution is mixed with a 10% sodium hydroxide solution, it turns yellow-orange.

Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 1934-24-3 includes 7 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 4 digits, 1,9,3 and 4 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 2 and 4 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 1934-24:
(6*1)+(5*9)+(4*3)+(3*4)+(2*2)+(1*4)=83
83 % 10 = 3
So 1934-24-3 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
