Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 23764-64-9 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 2,3,7,6 and 4 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 6 and 4 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 23764-64:
(7*2)+(6*3)+(5*7)+(4*6)+(3*4)+(2*6)+(1*4)=119
119 % 10 = 9
So 23764-64-9 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Photophysical transformations induced by chemical substitution to salicylaldimines

Banasiewicz, Marzena,Barboza, Cristina A.,Gawrys, Pawel,Sobolewski, Andrzej L.,Suwinska, Kinga

, p. 6698 - 6705 (2020/04/09)

A series of different electron-deficient aromatic substituents were used to investigate the role of the electron-acceptor strength on the photophysical properties of salicylaldimine derivatives. These molecules were synthesised and characterised through X-ray diffraction, absorption and emission spectroscopies. Their photochemical reaction mechanisms and properties were explored with the aid of ab initio methods of quantum chemistry. Our results allow us to clarify the dependence of the multiple emission bands on the polarity of the solvent and on the substitution of electron donating and accepting groups to the salicylaldimine core.

A dipodal molecular probe for naked eye detection of trivalent cations (Al3+, Fe3+and Cr3+) in aqueous medium and its applications in real sample analysis and molecular logic gates

Chandra, Rukmani,Manna, Amit Kumar,Rout, Kalyani,Mondal, Jahangir,Patra, Goutam K.

, p. 35946 - 35958 (2018/11/20)

A simple and low cost multifunctional colorimetric receptor L has been designed, synthesized and characterized by 1H-NMR, IR spectroscopy, ESI-MS spectrometry and elemental analysis. The chemosensor L can selectively detect three biologically a

Luminescent material emitting orange light and preparing method thereof

-

Paragraph 0009; 0010; 0026, (2017/08/02)

The invention relates to a luminescent material emitting orange light and a preparing method thereof. The material is a novel Schiff base platinum complex which can effectively achieve orange light emission, and belongs to the coordination chemistry field of inorganic chemistry. The molecular formula of a monomer of the complex is C34H38N4O2Pt and the molecular weight is 729.77. Pt2L is aniline 4-(Diethylamino)salicylaldehyde Schiff base, belonging to a monoclinic system, with a space group of P2(1)/c and lattice parameters defined in the description. The novel Schiff base platinum complex luminescent material is characterized in that the maximum ultraviolet absorption wavelength of the complex is 446 nm, the maximum emission wavelength is 613 nm, and the decomposition temperature is 272 DEG C. The novel complex is convenient to synthesize and can be prepared with a simple instrument. Besides, the complex has good thermal stability and is not easy to decompose at high temperature.
