Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 2403-22-7 includes 7 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 4 digits, 2,4,0 and 3 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 2 and 2 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 2403-22:
(6*2)+(5*4)+(4*0)+(3*3)+(2*2)+(1*2)=47
47 % 10 = 7
So 2403-22-7 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Method for realizing oxidative dehydrogenation of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring by using biomass-based carbon material

-

Paragraph 0010-0011; 0040-0041, (2021/06/26)

The invention provides a method for realizing oxidative dehydrogenation of a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring by using a biomass-based carbon material, and belongs to the field of organic synthesis. According to the method, the raw materials of the biomass-based carbon material comprise wheat, sorghum, rice, corn straw, wheat straw, peanut shells, sesame shells, bean shells and the like, and are crushed and then ground into powder, the powder is fully mixed with an inorganic alkali, and calcination is performed in an inert gas atmosphere to prepare the biomass-based carbon material; and by using air as an oxygen source, at a temperature of 50-120 DEG C, oxidative dehydrogenation of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds to synthesize quinoline compounds, isoquinoline compounds, acridine compounds, quinazoline compounds, indole compounds, imine compounds, and even quinoline compounds with pharmaceutical activity can be achieved. According to the present invention, easily available wheat flour is adopted as a raw material to prepare a non-metal catalyst, the alkali is not added during the reaction process, and a remarkable industrial application prospect is achieved.

Discovery of tert-amine-based RORγt agonists

Qiu, Ruomeng,Yu, Mingcheng,Gong, Juwen,Tian, Jinlong,Huang, Yafei,Wang, Yonghui,Xie, Qiong

, (2021/07/26)

The nuclear receptor retinoic acid receptor-related orphan receptor gamma-t (RORγt) is a transcription factor regulating Th17 cell differentiation and proliferation from naive CD4+ T cells. Since Th17 cells have demonstrated the antitumor efficacy by eliciting remarkable activation of CD8+ T cells, RORγt agonists could be applied as potential small molecule therapeutics for cancer immunotherapy. Based on the previously reported RORγt agonist 1 and its resolved co-crystal structure, a series of new tertiary amines were designed, synthesized and biologically evaluated, yielding optimal moieties with improved chemical properties and biological responses. The combination of these optimal moieties resulted in identification of novel RORγt agonists such as 8b with further elevated RORγt agonism responses at a target-based level as well as in cell-based assays, which provided some structural knowledge for further optimization of RORγt agonists as small molecule therapeutics for cancer immunotherapy.

Poisoning effect of N-containing compounds on performance of Raney nickel in transfer hydrogenation

Martyanov, Oleg N.,Philippov, Alexey A.

, (2021/10/19)

The effect of amines, imines and heterocycle compounds on conversion has been studied in transfer hydrogenation of camphor and 2-PrOH catalyzed by Raney nickel. Small amount (5 mol% to nickel) of N-containing compound significantly decreases catalyst activity. It has been shown that the poisoning effect mostly depends on molecular size of amines and heterocyclic compounds. For aniline and cyclohexylamine the dependence of camphor conversion on poison/nickel ratio was obtained. Additionally, benzaldehyde, cinnamaldehyde demonstrated higher reactivity compared corresponding imines under transfer hydrogenation conditions. Obtained data explain low activity of nickel-based catalysts when N-containing compounds are presented in reaction mixture.
