The invention provides a continuous synthesis method of a boron trifluoride complex, and the method comprises the following steps: in a continuous flow reactor, carrying out complex reaction on an organic matter containing lone pair electrons and boron trifluoride to obtain the boron trifluoride complex, wherein the continuous flow reactor is one or more of a microchannel reactor, a tubular reactor, a stacked mixer and a static mixer. According to the continuous synthesis method provided by the invention, the time of the complexation reaction can be shortened, the reaction efficiency is greatly improved, and the yield of the target product boron trifluoride complex is improved.
