N,N-Dimethylsulfamide is a white solid byproduct of Tolylfluanide (T536730) fungicide decomposition, which can be found in some waters. It has versatile chemical properties and is used in various syntheses, such as the preparation of N-sulfonylbenzaldimines in copper-catalyzed aza-Friedel-Crafts reactions with 1-methylindole.
