Description
2,6-Bis[(9,10-dihydro-9,10-dioxoanthracen-1-yl)amino]-9,10-anthracenedione is a complex organic compound with a dark yellow-red color. It exhibits slightly solubility in Xylene and is insoluble in Ethanol. When treated with concentrated sulfuric acid, it turns blue light green, and upon dilution, it results in a big red precipitation. In the basic insurance powder solution, it appears red brown, while in the acidic insurance powder solution, it shows an olive brown color.
