Description
DISPERSE YELLOW 49 is a light brown powder that exhibits bright green light yellow color. It is soluble in acetone and ethanol, and its dyeing process is affected by the presence of copper and iron ions. The dye is suitable for a pH value of three to five and is not recommended for high temperature and high pressure dyeing. It is prone to decomposition in high temperature alkaline conditions. The optimal temperature for hot melt dyeing is 195-200°C, while the carrier dyeing method is applicable at 100°C with pH control around five.
