Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 71312-27-1 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 7,1,3,1 and 2 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 2 and 7 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 71312-27:
(7*7)+(6*1)+(5*3)+(4*1)+(3*2)+(2*2)+(1*7)=91
91 % 10 = 1
So 71312-27-1 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Electrochemical dehydrogenative cross-coupling of xanthenes with ketones

Yang, Yong-Zheng,Wu, Yan-Chen,Song, Ren-Jie,Li, Jin-Heng

supporting information, p. 7585 - 7588 (2020/08/25)

A new external oxidant-free electrochemical dehydrogenative cross-coupling of xanthenes and ketones for the preparation of functionalized 9-alkyl-9H-xanthenes was developed. This method enables the formation of a new C(sp3)-C(sp3) bond through release of

Method for catalyzing CDC (cross dehydrogenative coupling) reaction with sulfonic acid funtionalized MOF (metal-organic framework)material

-

Paragraph 0067; 0068; 0069, (2017/10/22)

The invention discloses a method for catalyzing a CDC (cross dehydrogenative coupling) reaction with a sulfonic acid funtionalized MOF (metal-organic framework) material. The method comprises steps as follows: the CDC reaction is performed by utilizinga c

Autoxidative carbon-carbon bond formation from carbonhydrogen bonds

Pinter, Aron,Sud, Abhishek,Sureshkumar, Devarajulu,Klussmann, Martin

supporting information; experimental part, p. 5004 - 5007 (2010/09/08)

(Figure Presented) Only oxygen and acid! The oxidative coupling of xanthene and other activated benzylic compounds with carbon nucleophiles such as ketones, can be performed under ambient conditions without solvent by simply using oxygen and catalytic amounts of methanesulfonic acid. The proposed reaction mechanism involves substrate activation by formation of hydroperoxides; the method can therefore be regarded as an "autoxidative coupling reaction".
