Construction and application of cross-type TADF (thermally activated delayed fluorescence) materials
-
Paragraph 0020, (2019/10/01)
The invention discloses organic TADF (thermally activated delayed fluorescence) materials based on BPSB (bis(phenylsulfonyl) benzene) and an application of the material in a solution processing type organic light-emitting device. A two-dimensional molecule concept is introduced, triphenylamine, 9,9-dimethyl acridine and a phenothiazine donor unit are introduced to an electron acceptor BPSB unit, and the cross-type TADF materials are constructed. The materials are favorable for separating space distribution of HOMO (highest occupied molecular orbital) and LUMO (lowest unoccupied molecular orbital) of molecules to obtain smaller energy gap difference between singlet/triplet states. The space structures of the materials are favorable for increasing the dissolubility of the materials. The organic light-emitting device is prepared from the materials as a light emitting layer dopant with a solution method, and the maximum quantum efficiency up to 20.5% is obtained.
