Deriving agent based on isoquinoline structure and preparation method and application thereof

The invention provides a deriving agent based on an isoquinoline structure. The structure of the deriving agent is represented by a formula (I). The invention also provides a preparation method of the deriving agent based on the isoquinoline structure. The deriving agent based on the isoquinoline structure can be used for deriving compounds containing functional groups such as carboxyl, amido, aldehyde group and keto group, the mass spectrum response intensity of the derived compounds is improved, and the chromatographic retention of the derived compounds is improved.
