Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 98495-32-0 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 9,8,4,9 and 5 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 3 and 2 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 98495-32:
(7*9)+(6*8)+(5*4)+(4*9)+(3*5)+(2*3)+(1*2)=190
190 % 10 = 0
So 98495-32-0 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Synthesis and Stability of Boratriazaroles
Zurwerra, Didier,Quetglas, Vincent,Kloer, Daniel P.,Renold, Peter,Pitterna, Thomas
, p. 74 - 77 (2015)
We describe the synthesis and stability analysis of novel boratriazaroles that can be viewed as bioisosteres of imidazoles or pyrazoles. These heterocycles could conveniently be obtained by condensing a boronic acid and amidrazone 1 in various solvents. A detailed stability analysis of selected compounds at different pH values as a function of time led to the identification of steric hindrance around the boron atom as a key element for stabilization.
