Uses of 3(2H)-Pyridazinone,6-(dimethylamino)-: it is used to produce 2-Butyl-6-dimethylamino-2H-pyridazin-3-one by reaction with 1-Bromo-butane. The reaction occurs with reagent KOH, solvent Benzene and catalyst TBAB at ambient temperature for 6 hours. The yield is 88%.

3(2H)-Pyridazinone,6-(dimethylamino)- is used to produce 2-Butyl-6-dimethylamino-2H-pyridazin-3-one by reaction with 1-Bromo-butane.
