Pineapple Extract Introduction:

Bromelain, bromelin for short, can also called pineapple enzyme. It is extracted from Pineapple fruit stems, leaves and skins, Bromelain is a kind of pure natural plant proteinase, which is obtained by Refinement, purification, concentration, enzyme immobilization and freeze drying.
