Due to the interesting properties of Zn4Sb3 thermoelectric material, a reliable preparation method of this material is required. In this study, the formation of ZINC ANTIMONIDE (cas 12039-35-9)s by the combustion synthesis method is investigated and subjected to characterization using X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy as a function of temperature. The results show that combustion synthesis can be a new way for synthesizing these thermoelectric materials.
