A method for producing 1-ethyl-4-phenylpiperazine derivative by three-component reaction using aromatic compounds, amines and nucleophiles
-
Paragraph 0255-0261, (2020/06/02)
In the present specification, disclosed is a method for manufacturing a 1-ethyl-4-phenylpiperazine derivative comprising: a first reaction step in which an aromatic compound in which a trifluoromethanesulfonate group and a trimethylsilyl group are bonded to each other in an ortho position is formed as an aryne intermediate; a second reaction step in which the aryne intermediate is formed of a quaternary ammonium salt by conducting a reaction with 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (DABCO); and a third reaction step of conducting a reaction of the quaternary ammonium salt with a nucleophile, wherein the first to third reaction steps are carried out in a one-pot reaction. The present invention can simply and effectively synthesize the 1-ethyl-4-phenylpiperazine derivative.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
