INHIBITORS OF FOCAL ADHESION KINASE

The invention provides inhibitors of focal adhesion kinase, an enzyme involved in the attachment of the cytoskeleton of a cell to an extracellular matrix, which has been implicated in processes such as cell migration, cell proliferation, and cell survival.
