106624-70-8 Usage

Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 106624-70-8 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,0,6,6,2 and 4 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 7 and 0 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 106624-70:
(8*1)+(7*0)+(6*6)+(5*6)+(4*2)+(3*4)+(2*7)+(1*0)=108
108 % 10 = 8
So 106624-70-8 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Pd-catalyzed intramolecular C(sp2)-H amination of phenylalanine moieties in dipeptides: Synthesis of indoline-2-carboxylate-containing dipeptides

Zheng, Yong,Song, Weibin,Zhu, Yefu,Wei, Bole,Xuan, Lijiang

, p. 2402 - 2405 (2018)

A palladium-catalyzed intramolecular C(sp2)-H amination of phenylalanine moieties in dipeptides is described. By this protocol, a series of indoline-2-carboxylate-containing dipeptides were synthesized from dipeptides. The N-protected amino aci

Pd-Catalyzed Site-Selective C(sp2)-H Olefination and Alkynylation of Phenylalanine Residues in Peptides

Zheng, Yong,Song, Weibin

, (2019)

Pd-catalyzed site-selective C(sp2)-H olefination and alkynylation of phenylalanine residues in peptides are described. The amino acids within the peptides are used as native bidentate directing groups to facilitate C-H functionalization. This p

PEG prodrug of gambogic acid: Amino acid and dipeptide spacer effects

Ding, Ya,Zhang, Peng,Tang, Xiao-Yan,Zhang, Can,Ding, Song,Ye, Hai,Ding, Qi-Long,Shen, Wen-Bin,Ping, Qi-Neng

, p. 1694 - 1702 (2012)

The clinical application of gambogic acid (GA), a natural component with promising antitumor activity, was limited due to its extremely poor aqueous solubility, rapid elimination in vivo, and wide biodistribution. To solve these problems, 30 poly(ethylene

Peptide-Catalyzed Fragment Couplings that Form Axially Chiral Non-C2-Symmetric Biaryls

Coombs, Gavin,Sak, Marcus H.,Miller, Scott J.

supporting information, p. 2875 - 2880 (2020/01/24)

We have demonstrated that small, modular, tetrameric peptides featuring the Lewis-basic residue β-dimethylaminoalanine (Dmaa) are capable of atroposelectively coupling naphthols and ester-bearing quinones to yield non-C2-symmetric BINOL-type scaffolds with good yields and enantioselectivity. The study culminates in the asymmetric synthesis of backbone-substituted scaffolds similar to 3,3′-disubstituted BINOLs, such as (R)-TRIP, with good (94:6 e.r.) to excellent (>99.9:0.1 e.r.) enantioselectivity after recrystallization, and a diastereoselective net arylation of the minimally modified nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) naproxen.

Synthesis and Characterization of a Series of Orthogonally Protected l-Carnosine Derivatives

El-Dakdouki, Mohammad H.,Daouk, Nadine,Abdallah, Hiba

, p. 1 - 12 (2018/02/19)

l-Carnosine (β-alanyl-l-histidine) is an endogenous dipeptide that has been recognized for its broad spectrum of beneficial biological activities. However, the therapeutic utility of molecule has been hampered by its instability in human plasma (half-life
