A combination of nickel(II) acetylacetonate and (Z)-3,3-dimethyl-1,2- bis(diphenylphosphino)but-1-ene catalyzes cross-coupling reactions of alkyl aryl sulfides and alkenyl alkyl sulfides with alkyl Grignard reagents.
