Usage

Description

Disperse Orange 30 is an orange-brown powder that is used as a dye for various materials. It has good sublimation and sun fastness, making it suitable for use in tricolor spell color dyes. It is also used in high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing methods, where it can be applied in the dark and has a low dyeing rate when dyeing acrylic.

Uses

Used in Textile Industry:
Disperse Orange 30 is used as a dye for coloring various types of fibers, including polyester, polyamide, and vinegar fiber. It is particularly effective in dyeing polyester and cotton/polyester blends, and can also be used for direct printing and preventing discharge printing to color.
Used in Dyeing Methods:
Disperse Orange 30 is used in high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing methods, where it can be applied in the dark and has a low dyeing rate. The size of the bath ratio of coloring rate is influential in the dyeing process.

The invention relates to a disperse dye composition, and a preparation method and application thereof. The disperse dye composition comprises a component A formed by one or more of compounds shown in formula (1), a forbidden aromatic amine compound, chlorinated phenol, chlorobenzene, chlorotoluene, any auxiliary materials and other unavoidable impurities. According to the disperse dye composition, not only are various environment-protective indexes conform to the requirements of Oeko-Tex-Standard 100(2016), but also the total content of the forbidden aromatic amine compound in a dye composition chemical product for dyeing is 10ppm or lower, the total content of each chlorinated phenol is 0.5ppm or lower, and the total content of chlorobenzene and chlorotoluene (COCs) is 1ppm or lower.
