Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 1239233-87-4 includes 10 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 7 digits, 1,2,3,9,2,3 and 3 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 8 and 7 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 1239233-87:
(9*1)+(8*2)+(7*3)+(6*9)+(5*2)+(4*3)+(3*3)+(2*8)+(1*7)=154
154 % 10 = 4
So 1239233-87-4 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

, p. 1563 - 1568 (2021/11/20)
Abstract: Heterocyclic compound 2-(3-(ethoxycarbonyl)-4-isobutoxyphenyl)-4-methylthiazole-5-carboxylic acid (1) designed using 2-(3-cyano-4-isobutoxyphenyl)-4-methylthiazole-5-carboxylic acid (2, Febuxostat) as a starting material is successfully prepared via a multistage synthesis route and finally characterized by IR,1H NMR, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Its treatment activity combined with aspirin on traumatic arthritis is evaluated along with the related mechanism. Firstly, the ELISA detection is conducted to determine the inflammatory response released into the joint cavity secretion. Additionally, real time RT-PCR is measured and the activation levels of NF-κb are determined after the indicated treatment. [Figure not available: see fulltext.]
