The present disclosure relates to an organic compound having the following structure of Chemical Formula 1, and an organic light emitting diode (OLED) and an organic light emitting device including the organic compound. The organic compound includes a triazine moiety of an electron acceptor and a fused hetero aromatic moiety of an electron donor separated from the triazine moiety. The organic compound includes the electron acceptor moiety and the electron donor moiety in a single molecule, thus charges can be moved in the molecule. Also, since the organic compound includes the rigid fused hetero aromatic ring, three dimensional conformation of the organic compound is limited, and therefore the compound may have excellent luminous efficiency and color purity.

The invention discloses a compound and an organic light-emitting device, wherein the structural formula of the compound is shown as the following formula 1, R1, R2 and R3 are the same or different andare respectively independent hydrogen, phenyl, biphenyl, terphenyl, naphthyl, anthryl and phenanthryl, phenyl, biphenyl, terphenyl, naphthyl, anthryl and phenanthryl are unsubstituted or groups obtained by substituting at least one of hydrogen with deuterium, C1-C4 alkyl or phenyl, R4 is phenyl, biphenyl, terphenyl, naphthyl, anthryl or phenanthryl, phenyl, biphenyl, terphenyl, naphthyl, anthryland phenanthryl are unsubstituted or groups obtained by substituting at least one of hydrogen with deuterium, C1-C4 alkyl or phenyl, X is O or S, Y1, Y2 and Y3 are the same or different and are N or CH independently, and Y1, Y2 and Y3 are not CH at the same time. According to the invention, the molecules of the compound have the bipolar characteristic and have the characteristics of electron and hole transmission, so that the service life of the device is further prolonged, and the light-emitting efficiency of the device is further improved.
