Andreassen,Svensson,Bols
, p. 339 - 342 (2001)
Methyl 1′-azamaltoside (3) was synthesised from levoglucosane and D-galactose in a 16 step synthesis. Methyl 1′-azamaltoside (3) was found to inhibit glucoamylase with Ki of 0.63 μM.
