1324-58-9 Usage
Description
REMASTRAL BLUE FFRL is a bright blue to black powder that is soluble in water, resulting in a blue solution. However, it is insoluble in hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide solution, and organic solvents. When exposed to strong sulfuric acid, the dye produces a black solution with poor water solubility. It exhibits a slight color change when exposed to copper and a light yellow to dark color when exposed to iron ions. REMASTRAL BLUE FFRL demonstrates reducing resistance and is not susceptible to insurance powder reduction.
Uses
Used in Textile Industry:
REMASTRAL BLUE FFRL is used as a dye for cotton, viscose, silk, and their blended fabrics. It is particularly suitable for dyeing fabrics that require a washing process and is less commonly used for printing. The dye is also used for flocking fabrics, but it is typically applied to those with a lower flocking number.
Standard:
The standard for REMASTRAL BLUE FFRL includes the following properties:
Acid Resistance: 2
Alkali Resistance: 4
Light Fastness: 6-7
Soaping: 2
Water Fading: 2
Stain Fading: 2
These properties indicate the dye's performance under various conditions, such as its resistance to acids and alkalis, its ability to maintain color under light exposure, and its behavior during washing and staining processes.
Preparation
9-Ethyl-9H-carbazol-3-amine and 2,3,5,6-Tetrachlorocyclohexa-2,5 -diene-1,4-dione in Pyridine of condensation, with 99.5% of sulfuric acid sulfonation simultaneously closed and third (obtained Sirius Blue FTFGL); or in o-dichlorobenzene and 4-Methylbenzene-1-sulfonyl chloride condensation and cyclization as above and trisulfonated (obtained Sirius Blue FFRL), then into trisodium salt. Chemical structure of two products are the same.

Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 1324-58-9 includes 7 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 4 digits, 1,3,2 and 4 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 5 and 8 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 1324-58:
(6*1)+(5*3)+(4*2)+(3*4)+(2*5)+(1*8)=59
59 % 10 = 9
So 1324-58-9 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
