The biocatalytic oxidation of racemic O-S-dimethyl O-p-nitrophenyl phosphorodithioate 5 catalyzed by chloroperoxidase from Caldariomyces fumago resulted in the formation of the (-)-(S)-enantiomer of the corresponding oxon 4 and unoxidized substrate 5 with
