Synthesis of some new fluorine containing bioactive heterocycles derived from fluorinated isatins and evaluation of their antibacterial activity

Some of fluorine containing indolotriazino(3,2-b>quinazolin-14(7H)ones (IV), 2-(2-aminophenyl)-3H-triazinoquinazoline-3,10(4H)-diones (V) and spirotriazoloquinazoline>-2,9'(1H,3'H)-diones (VI) have been synthesized by the reaction of fluorinated isatin derivatives (1a-c) with 2,3-diamino-4(3H)-quinazolone (II) in ethanolic KOH.The schiff base 2-amino-3-(1,2-dihydro-2-oxo-3H-indol-3-ylideneamino)-4(3H)-quinazolinone (IIIa) has been isolated only in the case of reaction with 5-fluoroisatin (Ia)in gl. acetic acid.All the compounds synthesized have been characterized by their analytical and spectral (IR, 1HNMR, 19FNMR and Mass) data.
