Novel preparation method of polysubstituted 3,3'-dipyrrole compounds

The invention provides a novel method for synthesizing polysubstituted 3,3'-dipyrrole compounds from high-acetylene amine as a raw material under the relatively mild reaction condition. The polysubstituted 3,3'-dipyrrole compounds is simply and directly synthesized from high-acetylene amine as a substrate and dimethyl sulfoxide as a solvent under the catalytic condition of cuprous or cupric salt.The reaction further has a remarkable advantage that dimethyl sulfoxide is both the solvent and an oxidizing agent in the reaction, so that an additional oxidizing agent is not needed in the reaction,and the requirements of current atom economy and green chemistry are met. Meanwhile, the raw materials are simple to prepare, cheap and available, the requirements for safe operation and high yield are met, and the method has quite high industrial application value.
