Treatment of HW2(CO)7(THF)2(NO) with PtBu3 gives HW2(CO)8(PtBu3)(NO) (1), [HPtPBu3][HW2(CO)10] (2), and [HPtPBu3][(μ-H)2W3(CO) 13(NO)] (3).
