17904-83-5 Usage
Description
TRIS(DIBENZOYLMETHANE)MONO(PHENANTHROLINE)EUROPIUM (III), also known as Eu(dbm)3(Phen), is a ternary europium (III) complex with a ligand 1,3-diphenylpropane-1,3-dione and a secondary phenanthroline ligand coordinating to the europium core. It is a light-emitting metal complex that exhibits red-orange phosphorescence emission at 615 nm with a narrow bandwidth (color purity) FWHM smaller than 100 cm-1 in OLEDs.
Uses
Used in Organic Light-Emitting Diodes (OLEDs) Industry:
TRIS(DIBENZOYLMETHANE)MONO(PHENANTHROLINE)EUROPIUM (III) is used as an organic red light emitter for its ability to display red-orange phosphorescence emission at 615 nm with a narrow bandwidth, which contributes to high color purity in OLEDs. It is preferably co-deposited with a charge transport material to reduce the chance of self-quenching (concentration quenching) and to improve charge carrier mobilities, enhancing the overall performance of the OLEDs.
Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 17904-83-5 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 1,7,9,0 and 4 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 8 and 3 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 17904-83:
(7*1)+(6*7)+(5*9)+(4*0)+(3*4)+(2*8)+(1*3)=125
125 % 10 = 5
So 17904-83-5 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
