General Description

The chemical 1-(5-Bromo-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-3-yl)-N,N-dimethylmethanamine, also known as LSN3213128, is a novel and potent inhibitor of the bromodomain and extraterminal (BET) family of proteins. BET proteins are important epigenetic regulators that have been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and inflammatory disorders. LSN3213128 has shown promise in preclinical studies for its ability to selectively inhibit the BET proteins, leading to suppression of tumor growth and inflammation. It has the potential to be developed as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of these diseases.
