By adjusting substitution groups, the complex is good in thermal stability and chemical property. The iridium metal organic complex can be prepared into a device and can be particularly used as a doping material, and the device has the advantages of being low in driving voltage and high in light emission efficiency and is prior to conventional common OLEDs (Organic Light Emitting Devices).
