Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 211510-16-6 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 2,1,1,5,1 and 0 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 1 and 6 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 211510-16:
(8*2)+(7*1)+(6*1)+(5*5)+(4*1)+(3*0)+(2*1)+(1*6)=66
66 % 10 = 6
So 211510-16-6 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Novel synthesis process of diethylene glycol benzoyl formate serving as photoinitiator
-
Paragraph 0021; 0022; 0023; 0024, (2017/07/22)
The invention relates to a novel synthesis process of diethylene glycol benzoyl formate (monoester and diesters) serving as a photoinitiator. The diethylene glycol benzoyl formate serving as the photoinitiator is synthesized from methyl phenylglyoxylate and diethylene glycol under the catalysis of metal lithium salt. The influence of the lithium salt serving as a catalyst during the reaction on the reaction is inspected, and a novel process which is easy to operate, economical and practical is provided. Main components of the obtained product comprise 63 to 65 percent of diethylene glycol diester benzoyl formate and 30 to 32 percent of diethylene glycol monoester benzoyl formate.
