General Description

FMoc-D-Lys(Dde)-OH is a chemical compound used in peptide synthesis and solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS). It is a derivative of Fmoc-lysine with the side chain amino group protected by the Dde group, which allows for selective deprotection and coupling during peptide assembly. The Fmoc group is a protecting group for the N-terminal amino group, and can be easily removed under mild basic conditions.
