It is a pyrazolopyrimidine compound that inhibits the growth of tumor cells by targeting multiple receptor tyrosine kinases. Specifically, it has been shown to inhibit the activity of vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFRs), fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFRs), and platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGFRs), among others.
