Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 392662-65-6 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 3,9,2,6,6 and 2 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 6 and 5 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 392662-65:
(8*3)+(7*9)+(6*2)+(5*6)+(4*6)+(3*2)+(2*6)+(1*5)=176
176 % 10 = 6
So 392662-65-6 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
