545-56-2 Usage
Description
The empirical formula of this alkaloid should read C26H41 N0 7
Occurrence
This aconitine base, isolated from Delphinium ajacis, now better designated as Consolida
ambigua, does not appear to be identical with the alkaloid of the same name isolated by
Goodson from the same plant in 1947.
Uses
Glycosidal dyestuff.
Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 545-56-2 includes 6 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 3 digits, 5,4 and 5 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 5 and 6 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 545-56:
(5*5)+(4*4)+(3*5)+(2*5)+(1*6)=72
72 % 10 = 2
So 545-56-2 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
