The invention relates to the field of organic luminescence [OLED (organic light emitting diode)] display, in particular to a novel organic material and synthesis and application of the novel organic material. A structural general formula of the novel organic material is shown. Fused ring compounds are used as centers of the novel organic material which is a novel OLED material, aniline with fluorine atoms is used as an end group, substituent groups (1-naphthylamine) with hole transport performance are introduced in active locations of polycyclic aromatic compounds, and accordingly the novel OLED material with hole transport performance can be obtained. The novel organic material, the synthesis and the application have the advantages that the novel organic material is high in hole mobility,good in thin-film stability and appropriate in molecular energy level and can be applied to the field of organic luminescence; the novel organic material has a broad application prospect when used asa hole transport material.
