Usage

General Description

Gacyclidine, also known as GK-11, is a psychoactive drug and a derivative of phencyclidine (PCP) that acts as a non-competitive NMDA receptor antagonist. It has been studied for its potential use in treating Alzheimer’s disease and as an anesthetic, but its use has been limited due to its potential for causing severe dissociative effects and its toxicity.
