The most active compound of the series. 1-(6-morpholino-3-pyridazinyl)-2-[1-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-2-propylidene] hydrazine, is a more potent hypotensive agent than hydralazine with a longer duration of action and a lower toxicity.
