The invention concerns novel compounds of the formula I STR1 wherein A, B, D and E are chosen from hydrogen, halogen, C1 to C6 alkyl, C1 to C6 haloalkyl and C1 to C6 alkoxy and Z is a tertiary or quaternary amino group.
