The invention relates to the field of pesticides, and discloses a sulfonamide compound, application of the sulfonamide compound and an agentia containing the sulfonamide compound. The sulfonamide compound is of the structure shown in the formula (1). The invention further provides application of the sulfonamide compound in enhancing plant adverse resistance. The agenia used for enhancing plant adverse resistance contains the compound shown in the formula (1) and used as an active ingredient. The content of the active ingredient accounts for 0.1-100wt% of the total weight of the agentia. The sulfonamide compound can remarkably enhance tolerance of plants for ubiquitous abiotic stress (such as cold dry, high temperature and osmotic pressure) in the environment, and has the high application value.
