Description

Phosphodiesterase II, a member of the PDE superfamily, is an enzyme that exists as a dimer and consists of a N-terminal regulatory domain, C-terminal prenylated domain, and a Zn2+ containing catalytic domain. The bovine spleen PDE2 has a molecular weight of 65 kDa and requires divalent cations for its enzymatic activity, with an optimum pH of 7.5.
