Usage

General Description

Powdered chaste tree extract is derived from the fruit of the chaste tree, also known as Vitex agnus-castus. This extract contains a variety of phytochemicals, including flavonoids, iridoid glycosides, and essential oils, which are thought to have medicinal properties. Chaste tree extract is commonly used to regulate hormone levels and menstrual cycles in women, as well as to alleviate symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and menopause. It is also believed to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. Additionally, chaste tree extract has been used to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men. The powdered form of the extract allows for convenient and precise dosing for therapeutic purposes.
