The present invention relates to pyrimidine derivatives of Formula (Ia) and (Ib) (including tautomers, isomers, prodrugs, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof). Said compounds are useful in the treatment of pain (such as neuropathic pain), inflammation, and epilepsy (by acting as anticonvulsants).
