Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 58562-46-2 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 5,8,5,6 and 2 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 4 and 6 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 58562-46:
(7*5)+(6*8)+(5*5)+(4*6)+(3*2)+(2*4)+(1*6)=152
152 % 10 = 2
So 58562-46-2 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Optimization starting with our lead compound 1 (IC50 = 4.9 nM) led to the identification of pyrrolidinyl phenylurea derivatives. Further modification toward improvement of the bioavailability provided (R)-1-(1-((6-fluoronaphthalen-2-yl)methyl)pyrrolidin-3-yl)-3-(2-(2- hydroxyethoxy)phenyl)urea 32 (IC50 = 1.7 nM), a potent and orally active CCR3 antagonist.
