Adding Solvent Carbon tetrachloride and 2,3 - Dichloropropene in the reaction kettle ,pass chlorine at 10 ~ 15°C,After passing a certain amount of Chlorine,washing, then wash with Na2CO3 solution, and then washed with water to neutral, desolventizing , vacuum distillation, collecting at 84 ~ 90 °C / 40 ~ 53 kPa, obtaining 1,2,2,3-Tetrachloropropane (CAS NO.13116-53-5) .
