Cinnamon oil Specification
The CAS registry number of Cinnamon oil is 8007-80-5. It is a yellow liquid and contains about 65-80% cinnamaldehyde and 10% eugenol and many terpenes. The storage temperature is 2-8°C. And it should be stored in a cool and dry place.
Preparation and uses of Cinnamon oil: it can be obtained by young twigs, stems and leaves from Cinnamomum cassia by means of steam distillation. In addition, it can be used as disinfectant for edible medicine and oral health supplies. And it is an important raw material for essence.
