When using sulfamic acid aqueous solution for cleaning, the temperature is generally controlled at no more than 66 ° C (to prevent sulfamic acid decomposition), and the concentration does not exceed 10%.

Production method: 

Put 150kg amine sulfonic acid into the reactor, add hot distilled water and stir to dissolve. Then add 100kg nickel carbonate, stir in the reflux state reaction for several hours, until the end of the reaction without CO2 release. The reaction liquid is concentrated in the film evaporator, cooled and crystallized, filtered, centrifuged and dehydrated, and the finished product is dried.
