  • Someone may say "if there is no gourmet, what’s the meaning of longevity". But have you ever thought if you keep eating without any fear, you may die while the gourmet still exists. 

    Salt: children should not eat over 5 grams salt per day. Otherwise, they may suffer from high blood pressure, coronary disease or brain cancer.

    Heavy tea: it contains much tannic acid which can combine with iron and cause the lack of iron. Thus, children may have anemia.

    : nowadays, candies and drinks are added in much saccharin which causes diseases of blood vessels, the heart and the lung. It may also influence functions of the stomach, the liver, the bronchi and other organs.

    Jelly: its sugar is not extracted from some fruit juice but a mixture of dope, pigment, and saccharin. Though some jellies are added in some nutrients, most of them are harmful for people. Too many jellies influence the development of the body.

    Cola: it contains some caffeine which stimulates the nervous centralis. Many tissues and organs of children are under growth and thus, children have weak antitoxic ability. They should drink less cola.

    Popcorn: it is rich in lead which damages the nerves, the blood and digestive systems once it comes into the body.

    Gum: it contains a toxic substance called plasticizer. Besides, it contains phenol metabolin which is also harmful to the body.

    Instant noodles: They have food dyes and preservative. Both harm the body. If children often eat instant noodles, they likely have malnutrition.

    Egg: it contains many nutrients but too many eggs result in over intake of proteins, overnutrition and obesity. Besides, proteins are hard to digest and thus, the stomach, liver and kidney bear too much. Thus, we suggest children eat less than three eggs per day.

    Animal livers: they contain plenty of proteins. Thus when children grow up, they may suffer from cerebral and vascular diseases.

    Ginseng: there are many ginseng by-products such as ginseng soup, ginseng milk, ginseng candies, ginseng cookies and ginseng jellies. Ginseng promotes the secretion of sex hormones. If children eat too much, they may have prematurity.

    Marine fish: most contains much dimethyl nitrite. When it comes into the body, it can turn into toxic dimethyl nitrosamine. Research shows if children below 10 years old eat too much marine fish, they have 30 times more chance to get cancers. And thus, children should not often eat marine fish.

    Canned foods: they contain a few food additives. Though they have little harm for the adults, they are harmful to children. They may have chronic poisoning.
