    First of all, eating too much:

Malnutrition will decline the vitality of ovum, or lead to menstrual irregularity, making women difficult to be pregnant. What's more, pre-pregnancy malnutrition will also affect the development of the embryo which is newly formed during the early pregnancy. Early pregnancy is the period for the differentiation of heart, liver, kidney, intestine, stomach and other vital organs. As a result, it is necessary to obtain a variety of adequate nutrition. Otherwise, the early development of fetus will be greatly affected, leading to fetal underweight or developmental abnormalities.

    Thirdly, drinking too much alcohol:

    Last but not the least, drinking too much coffee:
    Coffee has a direct impact on pregnancy. The survey shows that, if women drink more than one cup of coffee every day, the possibility of pregnancy is only half of those who do not drink such beverage. As a result, if women want to be pregnant, they should drink less coffee.
